About

Kevin Horrocks is what happens when hospitality meets systems thinking. Equal parts strategist and technologist, Kevin brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of corporate housing, alternative accommodations, and property management. Before joining Attache Corporate Housing in Washington, D.C., he helped launch disruptor startups like WhyHotel and led pioneering tech integrations—like the first-ever Airbnb–Escapia API sync.

Since 2017, Kevin has served as Director of Property Services at Attache, where he’s redesigned operations from the inside out. His approach blends system-level thinking with frontline empathy, ensuring that every improvement starts with the guest experience and scales through smart infrastructure. At the core of Kevin’s leadership is an OKR-driven framework that ties daily action to strategic outcomes—tracking everything from response times to quality control accuracy, while also surfacing key guest satisfaction trends in real time.

Whether he’s mapping service flows or restructuring escalation protocols, Kevin treats every process like a prototype—iterated, stress-tested, and refined. He’s led the charge in embedding AI across Attache’s operational backbone, building tools that enable predictive maintenance, automated service triaging, and proactive guest engagement. But for all the tech, the focus remains deeply human: making sure every stay feels intuitive, responsive, and, ultimately, joyful.
