To help you ‘Stream (of consciousness) through your smart TV’, here’s a simple 2-step process:

  1. Focus.

  1. STREAM

Your Future You is streaming through life applying lots of learned experiences in order to protect the future’s Future You (this gets very meta).  If lessons from your Future You could be streamed, would it be a channel you would gleefully watch or ‘save for later’? Knowing this could exist, you and your Future You may start battling for …. “Hand me that remote!” Let’s get clicking!

P.S. - It’s been reported that Corporate Housing Companies help ‘‘Stream through your smart TV’’ by focusing on the best possible ‘shows’ about gratitude, service and joy.  Streamlining our service makes every stay more joyful. When guests need help troubleshooting poor working A/C and appliances and TVs. Plus it’s better than living at home because, when these services break down, “Who you gonna call”?

Why does this ‘Future You’ Series exist? What’s it about?  Vvt is

  1. Promote easy, quirky sustainable practices that are NOT preachy, or guilt-ridden and without a focus on the ‘saving the planet’ (hint: the planet is going to survive no matter what we do).

  2. A playful post of simple ways to sorta improve our lives, and the lives of those we love. Also improve our future lives… by taking playful action today.

  3. Still reading? Cool. We think you’re amazing and full of joyful zest.

This series is based off ‘105 Simple Sustainable actions’ - from Stephane Omsanski’s article in Parade from 2021.

89. Stream through your smart TV.

As in, not your gaming console. Streaming through your smart TV requires significantly less watts. In fact, game consoles use about 10 times the energy when streaming movies since that's not what they are designed to do.
